フードパンダは注文と異なる商品が届いたり、壊れていたりすると
ヘルプセンターと交渉の上、返金対応をしてもらうことができます。
返金は次回の注文に使う（請求金額から差引）、もしくは、クレカへ払戻し、ができます。
返金処理が完了すると「Here’s your refund」というメールが届きます。

受取方法１ 次回の注文に返金残高を使う
フードパンダを頻繁に利用する場合は、次回の注文に
充当する方法がよいでしょう。
①返金分は自動的に充当される
Place an order from any restaurant and go to “VIEW YOUR CART”. If you have balance in your pandapay, then pandapay will automatically be set as your preferred method of payment.

②返金金額を指定して注文する方法
To be sure that you are paying for an order with pandapay, tap on “Payment Methods” and ensure “Use my balance for this order” is toggled on.

受取方法２ クレカへ払戻
フードパンダで注文をしない場合、払戻処理することができます。
銀行の５～７営業日程度かかるそうです。
When we have processed a refund to your pandapay balance, you can transfer that balance back to your card without additional charges.
